​Cancellation Policy
At Sol Spa, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time, as well as the time of other clients, by providing at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will incur a 50% fee, payable before your next booking.

This fee will be invoiced on the day of your missed appointment.
